No, Floyd does deserve the lions share of the blame. Its absolutely obvious to anyone with two working eyes, two working ears and the ability to read between the lines that floyd has been the biggest factor in this fight not happening. He's the fighter, not Arum and supposedly he can do what he wants and fight whoever he wants when he wants, mostt powerful man in boxing blah blah...but when it comes to this fight its Arum thats stopping it? C'mon son, you gotta be shjt dumb to buy that crap. Arum is a factor and an irritation, but has never ever been an insurmountable or justifyable obstacle to floyd not making this happen. Floyd's conduct, as the supposedly best fighter on earth, has been nothing short of an embarrassing debacle over the last five years. ya that sure is the narrative arum has spun ever since floyd asked for those evil drug tests and arum keeps doubling down even tho its plan as day manny has changed in everyway since then. Until u guys come to terms that mayweather is the A side and its not close meaning he gets to pick ring size, ring venue, everything but u guys just wont accept it and because of that u use normal things that the A side asks for as some kind of "road block". I mean its a joke honestly you guys say you blame both but the truth is you put all blame on floyd because if you didnt you would have to put big blame on manny as well. I think manny and arum do want to fight now and i think floyd does to but im sure when all is said and done arum with use that it has be on showtime or ring size or something along those lines as the reason manny is fighting vargas and even tho it will all make sense it will still be floyds fault somehow. Naah. Only you guys on the internet defend Floyd and blame Pacquiao's side for ducking. Professional boxers, boxing greats, sports writers and even Stephen Smith himself now, blame Mayweather for the ducking. You really don't think boxing greats like Hagler, Dela Hoya, Tyson, Leonard etc got "fooled" by Arum do you?

Anyway. Stop the blaming and let's see how both sides negotiate. I just don't like Floyd saying let's fight and then inserting it has to be showtime only when Tyson and Lewis was done with both networks, and already saying Pac can't get this much amount of money. I haven't seen people lambast Floyd for supposedly "wanting to fight him." It's about Floyd calling Manny out to terms, but it's just publicity. He wants all of the tennis balls on his side of the court if he deals with Arum. He gets to choose all of the "perks" for lack of a better word, a mandatory that it be held on Showtime, a guarantee that he gets a lion's share of the money raked in, and to top it off a rematch clause if he were to lose (but it wouldn't apply the other way around if it was a hot decision going in Floyd's favor).

You can't tell arum and Pac to stop ducking then In the very next breath say that the fight MUST happen on Showtime knowing full well that Pacquiao has an exclusive contract with HBO. It will have to be a joint venture between both networks.
