PPV numbers aren't really an issue. He fought in Macau.. You shouldn't expect a large PPV haul because most of the income is coming from the location.

His Vegas PPV's are still level.

      Exactly
Mayweather says "Pacquiao is desperate and begging" but in the same sentence "I'm just waiting on them".

So how exactly is Pacquiao "desperate" but you're waiting for him? It sounds like Pacquiao has been wanting the fight if someone is "desperate"

Location has nothing to do with HBO PPV #'s, unless it was given at a crazy time in the middle of the morning when everyone was sleeping. The PPV was still aired by HBO and it was still given at the normal PPV times in the United States. The simple reason why the PPVs of Rios and Algieri flopped were because nobody cared about Rios and Algieri, they were garbage fights. Pacquiao vs Canelo in Macau does what the Rios and Algieri PPV's did, combined, x2. Why? Cause that would be a good fight that would gain interest.

Pretty hard considering Pacquiao Is still making somewhere In the neighborhood of 20 million regardless of PPV sales.

I'm responding to the notion of 'How can Pacquaio be desperate and ducking at the same time?'

So why are there reports that Showtime lost around 16 million for Floyds last two fights. You think that Canelo was a major contributor to the success of that particular fight?

                      glad i could help

Watch again, he's implying that Manny is STILL ducking right now to this day by not accepting his ridiculous lowball offers and that he and Arum are the reason the fight hasn't happened. He's trying to put ALL the blame on them when he is at the very least just as responsible.
