The officials stopped maidana using his first set of gloves. Mayweather stopped him wearing the others.
As for marg......I guess they were just real shifty.

Potentially plaster can get wrapped dry and maybe from a distance (if an official was watching) look pretty normal. Then apply water afterwards.
I don't know though I'm no expert. That's just a potential scenario!

Floyd threw a sissy fit because Maidana had custom Everlast MX gloves.

He then refused to fight Maidana unless he wore foam gloves.

Cleto Reyes gloves were also turned down by Floyd.
