    Thurman vs Provodnikov (Total Annihilation)

Yeah I know Al Haymon sucks **** and he won't work with Bob but anyway.

This here has the potential to be the best ever brawl at 147, I mean Thurman should win this but you heard Timmy B say Provodnikov hits you so hard your in a different world.

So on paper Thurman should take this UD, but we saw Soto-K land and momentarily wobble Keith, I give Provo a better chance than Soto.

    Whats your say ppl?

Make it a public poll so we can see who's deluded enough to vote for Provodnikov.

Thurman would beat the **** out of him.

        Total annihilation. Wow.

Thurman vs Mayweather seems to be making grounds. Keep on, guys.

I remember in the Diaz fight, Thurman got clocked with a good left hook and I didn't like how he responded.

I would pick Thurman but I think he takes a beating.

Based on what? Sometimes people on here talk about Thurman like he's more than a prospect, like he's some proven entity. For all we know he'll crack like an egg against top competition. I would go with Ruslan just because he's a proven commodity - far from the best but definitely dangerous and tough.

lol proven what? That he's not a top level fighter?

You can only go by the eye test because nobody has stepped up to fight Thurman.

Provodnikov is on the same level as Chaves, less skilled but probably tougher.

One Time by KO/TKO! If Bradley can make Provodnikov's face look like that afterwards I'd hate to see what a big welterweight with power would do to him. Thurman keeps getting better every fight and he's not 1 dimensional. Thurman is raw and has flaws but Provodnikov wouldn't be the one to exploit them.

I've never seen Provodnikov hurt though, granted the biggest puncher he's faced was probably Alvarado but Alvarado can crack abit too, he hits no lighter than Soto and Chaves, considering Chaves had a KO streak of opposition just as weak as Thurmans.

I think somewhere along the line if Thurman gets clocked by a Provo shot and he is hurt it will be far worse than the shot by Diaz and Soto
