I find Teddy Atlas extremely annoying. Anyone else?

    For me, it's not about WHAT he's saying. I respect everyone's opinion. It's how he comes across. I love that he's so passionate about the sport and how he tells it like it is, but he's just annoying as hell most of the time

        He always act like a kid on tantrum when he doesn't get what he wants. If you disagree with him better watch out cuz he's gonna try to pull his credential and his great boxing knowledge. Watching him is insufferable

            Boxing is so much of a dirty sport, people don't understand him.

            Dude is sick of people getting TAXED in the ring and getting their hand raised, just because of their popularity or what the promoter or networks want.

            As I said before people are so used to the standard Network, Promotional company, fighter Bias, when you have someone shoot str8 they take it is bad.

            Lampley = HBO bought
            Ledderman = HBO bought
            Max Kellerman = about as neutral as they come at HBO
            Dan Rafeal = Top Rank bought

            Teddy Atlas = Neutral, doesn't give a F

              Atlas has his biases like everyone else. You'll rarely hear him say a good word about the Klitschkos, for instance, and he doesn't seem to like Pacquiao too much.

                About the Klits part, he just sees it as it is, they are Leaders of a DEAD division, period.

                Atlas is someone who lives and watched the sport thrive with the HW division, now to see most HW's are SLOPPY and careless, he just doesn't think they have weathered adversity such as the great HW of the past.

                Back in the 80's and 90's, being a HW doesn't mean you are 200lbs of fat, look at Holyfield, Tyson, Lewis, Louise back in the day.

                Now look at HW fighters of today, dudes can barely breathe with the exception of maybe 4 HW's, they don't pride themselves anymore.

                  I'd rather him be there than not. I tune him out a lot of the time - but I am glad he is there when robberies occur; or when there is a hot topic in boxing that I might want to hear differing opinions on.

                  I agree with you though... he gives the other commentator too much grief. Grisham doesn't know much about boxing, but I imagine he has like 57 other jobs at ESPN.

                    He goes out of his way to hate on them enough to make it clear he is biased against them. It was really bad when he was training Povetkin.

                      I agree. One of the few things I like about him is that he speaks out against robberies and such
