I think the reason this is not coming off, is the reason that has been hinted at, Mayweather is negotiating with Cotto for a May fight. Although, wouldn't that fight be better during PR parade in NYC? But we already know for a fact, May is negotiating with Cotto behing the scenes. It would make sense. I think May wanted to fight Khan, but Canelo - Cotto is an absolutely huge fight.
