Outside the ring hell no! The Klitschko's are probably the smartest outside the ring. Inside the ring without a doubt Floyd's of the smartest ever but I can't say the #1 since there have been a decent amount of fighters without his physical gifts that have done phenomenal also. Boxing business wise he's TBE for sure without a doubt.
