Arguably, Kovalev had not 'proven anything' before he smashed Hopkins either and you saw what happened. You really need to let this one go chief.

If he fought GGG instead of Pacquiao, It would make it up to the majority of boxing fans who aren't Pacq fans. It wouldn't do much with the casuals because they are stuck on Floyd vs Pacq. Casuals however will know GGG soon enough.

Don't bother with the guy, the expression on Floyd's face in his avatar is the one that clown has on his face 24/7. Too many posters don't understand that how you win is very important. These guys aren't winning uds, they are blowing them away. I have no doubt ggg would do the same to cotto or canelo, what kov did to hop.

And what ducks would those be genius? I love hearing all of the bandwagon know nothings speak about ducks. Just to shed some knowledge, Mosley and Cotto's promotional/mgmt team were both kept away from Floyd years ago. He called them BOTH out. Not to mention he still beat them both by UD later (and Cotto at full 154, not drained like Catchweight king Pac made him).

The only fighters floyd could ever be labeled as ducking would be Margarito or Paul Williams. But in reality, both were the most avoided fighters in the division by many people. Did Pac ever fight P-wills? No. Sure Pac fought Marg...after he not only weight drained but fought him after the biggest KO loss of his career to Shane. Oh and who fought Shane after the huge stoppage win over Marg? Floyd.

This sure sounds like a list of ducks huh over the last 7 years? ODLH, Hatton, JMM, Mosley, Ortiz, Cotto, Guerrero, Canelo, Maidana twice. With a total record of 351-21. Five of those fighters in their prime and two undefeated. Oh and 4 of those are the same fighters Pac fought over that stretch.

So where is the ducking again? Go do some research and learn something before you spew uninformed bandwagon bull****.
