I could see a scenario where Floyd was like "control your ***** homie" and **** got out of hand.
I know a guy that works for Apple corporate in Silicon Valley and he said all Facetime conversations are backed up to a remote server that they can only access with a subpena so even if he deleted it the video could be called into evidence at some point.
