Floyd has poisoned the PPV well. Who would pay $70 after Floyd's last stinker, against khan or Brook? They might fill a stadium in Sheffield, but HBO or SHOWTIME at best. Brook still needs to prove that leg, and Khan......

There are an equal or greater number of people who find the idea ridiculous. I've heard a lot of criticism about this fight being money driven rather than based on credibility.

Here's a simple question... Do Amir Khan's last 5 fights equate to him being a credible Mayweather opponent?

As it happens, for all my criticism of Khan I want the fight to happen. If he gets Mayweather I'll be watching it. I'll even be rooting for Khan because I like the idea of an upset and because I used to think Khan was good for British boxing.
