What? You just said he fought McCloskey to "sure up" a contract. What does that even mean? His contract was already "sured up" cos he'd already signed it

He was attempting to fight Bradley - they both knew the date of July 23rd. Khan had a homecoming fight in the meantime. Khan fighting McCloskey had *** all to do with Bradley's ducking.

Read it and understand that Khan signed the contact after the Maidana fight and leading into the Mccloskey fight like i said..Which lead to Bradley also listening to other offers..Like i said a duck would have been Khan trying to fight Bradley right after he fought Maidana(which he said he'd do)then I'd see it as a duck..Yet the way he did it,it open the door for everyone to make business decision...

Amir Khan was never as boxer as Bradley is. I like watch his fights too but Khan not reach yet more in boxing.

Khan fought Mccloskey which canceled the whole tournament(as you like to call it)Khan should have went straight into a fight with Bradley..Instead he wanted to sure up a longer contract..Nothing wrong with it,yet it is the reason why Bradley also heard other offers..You can't blame Bradley for doing what Khan did himself,which was to hear all offers and make the best choice for himself..

Again,Khan could have and should have just tried to fight Bradley when they both had one fight left..His move was a business one(Mccloskey fight)why would Bradley not want the same chance??

Bradley fans going all Accountants on everybody and talking about big ppvs, better offers, million $ pay days.

The fact is both Bradley and Khan were coming off of big wins and it was very natural for them to fight, so when the time came to decide the champ at 140, Bradley ran away. Regardless of what Bradley achieves now, it doesn't go back in time and change that.

Much of the decison will depend on how many fans Khan can draw to his fight with Alexander. Alexander is not a draw at all. If Khan cwins and can fill the arena, especially with a few thousand British fans, he will bet the Mayweather fight if he wins.

I personally doubt if there are any real negotiations taking place for a Mayweather/Pacquaio fight. I also doubt that Khan has as many fans as people think and wouldn't be surprised if the arena is half-full on Saturday night.

After Khan loses this weekend, he will fight some journeyman in the spring of 2015 to regain his confidence. He will then try to secure a fight against Kell Brook in the fall. Khan will still try to dictate the terms of a Brook fight pubiicly, but, in private he will be begging Haymon and Eddie Hearn to give him a chance to rebuild his career for the third time by giving him a shot at Brook.
