When you think about it, it's actually an accomplishment for him to be so successful on those dates. I know people like to say it's his opponents that bring the fans to the arena and purchase the PPVs but we see when when those same opponents are fighting people other than him the numbers are a lot lower.

The better question should, why is he so successful on those dates when he's not even Mexican.

Finally, for those who say Mayweather needs Pacquiao to have another successful PPV, isn't even more so for Pacquiao, considering his recent PPV numbers.
