i dont think Tszyu would be able to handle that type of speed. He would get carved up by Mannys left hand lead all night.

Kostya is too much of a plodder. He wont see the punches coming.

He does possess the best weapon to beat Pacquiao, a devastating right hand but it would only give him a punchers chance to win IMO.

First and foremost, I'm a huge fan of manny. That being said, I would heavily favor Kostya Tszyu. Especially due to styles. Kostya possessed several great qualities. Great strength and accuracy, he was a very responsible athlete and was always in great condition. And above all, he was very strong in mind and spirit. Manny certainly has similar qualities, but this is when we need to pay attention to detail. Manny is a genuine ballsy brawler who has since upped his game to legendary status and polished his craft. But, much like the young man we first saw win on showtime, he's still willing to fly in with blistering flurries all while lunging in. And it is one of his best weapons as a south paw. Tszyu on the other hand was deadly accurate with his punches. A dedicated jabber, with quality head movement. But, imo his best weapon vs pac would be his devastating right straight. He measured it almost perfectly and threw it with lethal intent. Very much a natural jr welter, his thick frame gave him a balance advantage, making him a master of sitting on that technique. Manny is a greater fighter. But.... Tszyu would be a very dangerous fight for him. If someone would design a fighter specifically to KO Manny, he'd come up with the result very similar to Tszyu.

If Kostya wins it'd be by Judah style stank-leg stoppage or even KTFO6, but I think post-JMM Pac wins pretty easily by clear UD. I think pre-KTFO6 Pac gives Kostya a better chance, but still probably wins a nice UD.

i think that tszyu is way overrated. just about every noteworthy name on his resume was way past their prime when he fought them. honestly, what's his best win...miguel angel gonzalez? zab judah? sharmba mitchell?

i rarely favor pacquiao in fantasy match-ups, but i think he takes this one easy. late stoppage or comfortable decision
