    I'm so glad I was raised in a good home and college educated.

    Being so gullible and sheltered that you believe obviously studio-fabricated stories about 1-inch punching sailors until you're banned from China is no way to live.
    Jeet-kun-do, not tae kwan do...

      "Jeet Kun Do" was the thing he marketed as the "ultimate martial art" after dabbling in wellknown bull**** disco dancing "martial arts" like taekwondo, the favorite martial art of home shopping channel customers with mullets who "practice the nunchukka".

      To his credit he realized how ****** the martial arts he knew were and admitted numerous times that they were not really for fighting (he promoted wrestling & boxing as real fighting styles), but his dumb**** fans still believe in 1 inch punches, nunchucks and dragon kicks.

      Man anyone who thinks Bruce Lee would win a fight with a random grandmother needs to be sterilized. I don't even care if you're being sarcastic. You might be encouraging some mullet nunchucks guy on google.

      Bruce Lee fans:

      -----========jeet kun do====----------
      ---============enter the dragon and be as water========---------
      ------====1 inch pressure point nunchukka death strike===-----
      -----------========for only $9.95 per month===========-------

        Bruce Lee had some fighting ability there's evidence of that. What the evidence doesn't support is him being one of the best fighters that has ever lived and could beat the **** out of world class fighters.

          His fans believe in the evidence and documentation that showed proof that bruce lee was a real martial artist...this is non fiction, not fiction. And its not hard to connect the dots...but my question to you would be why you are trying to discredit bruce lee and refuse to acknowledge the fact that he was more then a actor, he was a real martial artist??

            He was a "real martial artist" just like anyone else who does 1 inch death strike dragon spirit nunchuck martial arts, which has no relationship with combat or fighting at all and is a form of dance -- not much different from how after falling out of use in war, European swordfighting evolved into sword dancing and in the movies they use a lot of silly looking sworddancing moves rather than real period swordsmanship.

            Asian martial arts evolved away from their real forms (which resembled modern MMA) and turned into ceremonial choreographed dance routines and that's what Bruce Lee studied.

            So if you're saying he was a good dancer I agree. But prime for prime the average toddler would stomp him in a fight.

              So you believe that everything he did in the movies was just fake and not possible he can do that in real life?? Think about it, before you post your answer.

              That 1 inch punch was purely demonstration on really how powerful he was... it wasnt shown to encourage people to inflict damage on others...

                Bruce Lee would probably drop like a sack of potatoes after the first punch that lands from Pacquaio.

                    What do you mean by "not possible"? The elf Legolas in Lord of the Rings did a lot of stuff that's "possible" and would theoretically injure someone but I don't sit there thinking "Man Orlando Bloom would **** Roy Jones up".

                    The "1 inch punch" had the same function as mastering nunchucks, entertaining people and making money. A guy who weighs less than a teenage girl punching you from 1 inch away isn't going to hurt unless you're paid to make yourself fly across the room, good thing he was an actor and knew other actors.
