I can understand why Paulie has a degree of disdain for boxing fans. People scoffing at the idea of Floyd walking down an opponent have never been confused in the ring and have a selective memory when it comes to Floyd's previous fights.

I'm pretty sure all the outspokenness from Malignaggi regarding Pacquiao coincides with his twitters wars with pacfans at the apex of Pacquiao's superstardom.

Why not accept whatever mayweather brings to the table, didn't pacquiao say he will accept anything mayweather throws at him,,and ultimatly pacquiao said that it wasn't about the money, he should be careful at what he says cause floyd will use that against him at the negotiations...so pac fans stfu about him getting 50/50 pac said it wasn't about the money

Pac wont get 50% and he knows it. I think a 60-40 deal is pretty good. Hope they can get it done

every floyd or pac fight just like delahoya, tyson is a ppv fight.

He makes some fair enough points. Floyd is the A-side and Pacquaio is the B-side. That much is clear at this point in time. Maybe in 2009, it was different but it's 2014.

But this idea that Pacquaio should just accept whatever Floyd offers and "get the rematch" is ludicrous especially when we all know what Floyd's last "offer" was. You're ******** on hundreds of millions of dollars not the usual 1 million-ish paycheques that Paulie is used to.

Given his own past experiences, Paulie should know it's a lot more complicated than that.

The interviewer was about to say the fight not happening is Floyd's fault because he's the A side and calls the shots. If he really wanted it to happen it would have or will in future. He was about to make that point before paulie went on his rant

He wouldn't be ******** money because he wouldn't have been taking a pay cut to fight Mayweather. $40 mil is more than he's ever earned for a single fight.

Manny makes 20-25 mill guaranteed vs Floyd 32 mill I guess. U can say that Floyd is Mannys biggest payday but so his Manny to Floyd.

Why are people shocked at the idea of Floyd walking Manny down? He actually walked down Canelo at certain points.

"Floyd will stand in the pocket on Manny and rough him up, smother him. Manny has no inside game. He will be dismantled. Floyd only has to neutralize one punch, Manny's straight left."
