    Awful defense? This is even dumber than the thread starter's post where he assumes a kickboxing clip is "MMA".

    By this logic, boxers have by far the worst defense of any martial art because they only know how to defend against fists, not knees, feet, elbows, throws, etc. It's easy to break someone's legs with kicks if they fight in the "sweet science" stance, it's easy to throw them on the ground like a little girl.

    Boxing guys who watch MMA and kickboxing and say "HAHAHA look they're doing it wrong! Their defense sucks!" are just as if not more embarrassing than MMA fans who call boxing "pillow fighting".

            That was a great ko. Kickboxing is awesome, I watch the k1 grandprix every year. Best ko ever is still hearns over Duran. The sound of the punch is mind blowing.
