Exactly, all you need is common sense.

Word on the streets, they lost money from Floyd's 3 out of 4 fights. Millions lost. It's not rocket science that the top dog of CBS wants to make sure they want their big investment to earn. Common sense says he really wants to make sure Floyd's last 2 fights will earn not bum again.

And common sense says its Pacquiao is the wise choice.

Lastly, we all know the top dog of CBS did talk to arum and Roach. So something good is cooking.

They lost money on the Maidana fights and are paying him money no boxer has ever made before.... To lose money

They can literally make more money paying 2 no-names $1000 each, they might make $10 grand but that's better than losing 15 million or whatever it was.

Obviously it was a matter of time until someone higher up stepped in and said either you make a big fight or get a contract "revision" for not living up to your end

Would two no names bring the publicity and help lure fighters over? You think they offered Mayweather that deal with the sole intent of making money from his PPV's?

So, CBS/Showtime had no intention from making any money from his PPVs? The guy who always bragged his numbers were in the millions? Wow! You got serious insight bro..

if moonves who hates arum with a passion is able to go over it and work to make the fight that tells me showtime under Espinoza racked up serious losses that the big boss himself had to step in.

I Espinoza isn't canned for 2014, he won't be fired for a fight that's near impossible to make

He did until Freddie set up their meeting a few months ago. Arum promised him Pacquiao would fight under Showtime a few more times after the Mosely fight and Arum never brought him back lol
