Sanders had Rahman in trouble a couple times in that fight though. Sanders rocked Vitali a couple times as well, but Vitali took them shots. He is going to brutalize my boy Rahman. I wanted Hasim to get the other belts. I like him, that's why I dont want to see this fight. Vitali by KO 6

Rahman has a good shot at pulling off the upset if he comes right to fight.

If Vitali manages to avoid Rahmans right hand, I think this fight will turn out just like Klitschko - Johnson.

Rahman doesn't get the respect he deserves. When he properly prepares and focuses on a fight, he's a pretty good fighter. Having said that, his only chance to win is by KO.

Dude, Rahman had his 15min of fame. I mean the man went da distance w/Al cole!!!!!

I feel bad for Rock. This is his last shot. I mean lost to Lewis in rematch, got whooped by Ruiz, now Vitali. Remember the Ruiz fight! Johhn had him on ***** street alot during that fight just never got the KD. Ruiz basically dominated him and now he thinks he gonna KO big V, no ***in way! Sorry to say this but KO in early rd or TKO in mid rds

Vitali will figure him out in 5 rounds and KO him in 7.

Klitscko needs to worry a little about Rahman. Rahman is a little bit underrated as a heavywieght fighter, he might be able to produce another upset...But he has little chance of winning if Klitschko fights smart like he always does.

I think Rahman has a pretty good right hand but he is not in Corrie Sanders' league as a puncher. He's also slower than Sanders, who had a hard time landing flush against Vit, so I don't like Rahman's chances of winning in any kind of frontal assault like the one Sanders attempted. He does have more skill than Corrie and I would argue that his boxing skill is actually close or equal to Vitali's.

I think his best chance is to play counterpuncher. We've all seen what happens when you rush in at Vitali, he moves to a safe distance and tags you. I think Rahman needs to let Vitali make the first move. Vitali always fights with his hands rather low and I think that he's extremely vulnerable for that quarter of a second after he misses a punch. Rahman has the courage and the skill, but what shape will he show up in and will his chin betray him? This is a fight that very well may be within his limits physically, but he can't afford to make any mistakes and he needs to be in the best shape of his life.

Yeah, I agree, because VK never underestimates anyone, so he isn't just going to stand around and get tagged like LL did. He's going to have to fight a very tight fight, with like no mistakes, none. Of course, I think when the dust settles, VK will be on top, because I don't see Rahman being able to fight a fight like that.

I actually think he's overrated if anything. He got owned by Lewis in the rematch (though Lewis did look awesome in that fight), beaten by an old man in Holyfield, lost comfortably to Ruiz, and he didn't impress against Al Cole. What has he done to show he can compete with (arguably) the best in the world? The Tua fight means nothing & looking good against a guy who is maybe fringe top 20 doesn't cut it IMO.

He needs to work on that defense big time or else he's going to be in for a beating.
