read on another boxing website that wlad will fight briggs next if a deal wasn't reached with Jennings. I will be pissed as hell if this fight is made. it would be a one sided slaughter and bad for boxing. if wlad is the professional I hope he is this fight wont take place

come on dude at least Jennings is undefeated and young. briggs would have made for a great matchup 10 yrs ago but he's is shot to bits now. this would be an ugly one sided fight and bad for boxing. don't you remember how he looked against vitali? anyone supporting this fight isn't a true boxing fan

For every Povetkin, Pulev, and David Haye that Wlad fights, there's always some Tony Thompsons and Alex Leapais inbetween. Luckily, Wladimir usually fights three times a year, so there's plenty of opportunity for everyone that wants it to get KTFO by Wladimir.

Briggs not only wants to get KTFO, he's begging! It would be a great promotion and a fun fight. Make it happen.

wlad's the same guy that put pressure on the ibf to make leapai his mandatory because leapai won a 10 round fight against an unknown bum. briggs would probably beat leapai.

Wladimir Klitschko will disgrace himself if he fights a faded old bum like Shannon Briggs, considering there are several better, more deserving opponents to choose from such as Fury and Jennings.

As long as he fights the Wilder-Stiverne winner and Fury then I don't give a **** who he fights. I think Briggs has earned the shot based on his desperation and I'll be d@mned if Wlad walks away from that easy and highly controversy laden fight.
