From what I've seen it's FMJ fans pushing that line by pre-empting that Floyd probably wouldn't be cool with fighting outside Vegas.

However, "the can't fight outside Vegas excuse" likely won't be needed, see below:

Seriously, heavyweight champions fought some of the biggest fights in history all over the world. I understand Floyd wouldn't want to fight outside of Vegas, I understand it's considered the fight capital of the world, but if the money was big enough why not consider it?

If they are going to offer the world it should be considered, would be kind of dumb not to because what is the worst that happens you get a bigger offer from Vegas.
