Mayweather-Khan draws the casual US boxing audience and the British boxing audience, in addition to other audiences. You have Chavez Jr as the co-feature (or even a fight like Gonzalez-Mares 2 or Mares-Santa Cruz) and you bring in the Mexican boxing audience as well.
Nobody wants to see Pacquiao-Vargas; the casual fan isn't interested in that, and it's gonna take a heck of a sales job to get the Mexican American fight audience interested in that fight. The Filipino American community will definitely support their guy, but I doubt the size of that audience.
