the offer Manny got would be the biggest of his career. the counter offer was less than Floyd got for the Cotto fight, which is a smaller fight. Can you see the difference?
Floyd will make the biggest payday of his career by far also, so his biggest payday is on offer here too. Floyd isnt 'offering' anything as its not him paying. You purposely ignore this simple fact and this is why you are a fanboy and not, and can never be classed as a boxing fan.

because it doesnt mean anything unless its on a contract remember? thats why i threw the $45mil counter offer out there to see what u were gonna say LOL!!! so lets say the offer from floyd is real, why did he refuse the $45mil counter offer then? i didnt know floyd got more than $45mil fighting cotto?

I just answered that-because it was less than what he made for the cotto fight which is a smaller fight.

Now please answer this-if it isn't about money and manny agreed to everything Floyd asked, why was a counter offer necessary?

so floyd made over $45mil for the cotto fight then?? and when arum offer floyd $45mil, pac hasnt agreed to everything. pac came out and said he's agreed to everything during the 4th marquez fight. floyd offer pac $40mil before that.

Floyd isnt really in a position to 'offer' anything. The offer will come from both their paymasters i.e the network showing it, the take at the gate etc. Both parties know how much money is available here so the best and fairest thing to do is split it. No fair minded fan could possibly see it any other way.

Both fighters earning power is going to be reduced if they dont fight each other and because of the overwhelming public perception that floyd is indeed afraid to fight Manny, its likely to hit floyd's harder. The British public arent ****** either. Khan isnt as big a draw here as I'm hearing american posters who dont even live here try and tell us he is. Nobody here gives Khan a shot at beating Floyd and he isnt even that well liked so they arent likely to turn out in Hattonesque numbers to see it.
my point is all u hear about is how badly pac wants the fight, if he wanted it that bad he would have taken the money. sergio done whatever it takes to get cotto in the ring didnt he? thats what u call being serious

That's one of silliest and unbelievable stipulation...why? Did Pacquiao necessitate for Floyd to leave anyone? It's just about THE FIGHT. Nothing more...Floyd dragging this into many, many, many demands really equates being scared to put his skills against Pacquiao.

Why didn't Floyd tell Maidana to leave his manager, promoter and trainer? hahaha

Bad comparison. Sergio knew it would be his last fight and was cashing in. There's $200 mil on offer here, if Manny took 40 that would have been ridiculous. The amount of money of offer here is obscene and if floyd demand's a cent more than half then he is a disgrace. He needs to get on and get it done, he's been called out. Get on with it.

plus it's called a NEGOTIATION...it's like a "catchweight" only in financial terms. Why DEMAND Pacquiao to agree to something as ridiculous as that offer? haha

But it's a farce nowadays to put MONEY FIRST before a fight, sure it has become a pure PRIZEFIGHTING these days but the art and sport of pugilism is now second fiddle, which is sad.

These issues only come up when an offer is on the table. When they are negotiating, Manny never has any issues. Its not about the money, he would fight for free, lets fight for charity-yet ppv revenue is an issue. Doesn't make sense.
