            This. He doesnt like being roughed up, he wants everything to look pretty and perfect before he lets off. A fighter who is physically stronger and effective at putting pressure should be able to slow his offense down. I think Walters gives him a tougher fight than people think. Hes a pysical fighter with quick twitch fibers with power in both hands

              Sorry but this isn't true. There has been several P4P kings that have fought not so great fighters.Roy Jones for example didn't fight killers at 175 and he was rated #1.

              P4P has more to do with politics then actual resume.

                Roy Jones was p4p #1 because he easily dominated James Toney, who was top 2 or 3 I think at the time, and the dominance of his victories.
