I agree, I think Eubank Jr has great potential but he needs a top notch trainer in his corner. His head trainer didn't give him an constructive advise, he just kept telling him things like "Knock him out now... show him what you have... knock his head off". Reminds me a bit of Cotto's corner against Pacquiao.

I don't agree. Although he proved to go for all 12 rounds and overpower BJS, he just simply lacks experience and boxing skills. To me he is just another Chavez Jr., and I mean that in a good way because he has good physical abilities and stamina. I had the exact same thought. A lot of similarities with Chavez Jr, but that's not necessarily a bad thing.

Well, he came on strong in the last couple rounds, but he has got a whole bunch of flaws.

1) Balance: After the right hand he was always out of balance, because he couldnt gauge the distance and was always overreaching. In addition to that, his backfoot was always in front after the right.

2) General boxing skills: No jab, no fluent combinations, nothing but overreaching haymakers and wide uppercuts. The first couple of rounds were bad, he didnt set anything up and missed a lot of punches. Only after saunders get tired, he found a target for his uppercut, but still couldnt put anything together to put an sustained, precise damage

3) Lack of Ring IQ: There was no plan b,c,d,e, not even plan a. He was just bigger and better conditioned, but didnt even recognised it before the second half of the fight.
