    Olympics age

    is there an age limit for competing in boxing at the olympics? I notice most of them are pretty young.

    I think in amatuer boxing there is an age limit. After 35 or 40 I think you can still fight but its in a different "veterans" league or something.

      I believe that for the olympics, you have to be between 17-34. I remember hearing this durring the last olympics.

        yea 17-34 is right after you are 34 and still an ameteur ur considered a master boxer.

          thanks for the info. I kind of got into boxing late, (19) but still have a dream of boxing in the olympics
