There is a lot to be disillusioned with when it comes to boxing. Corruption, spaghetti champions, terrible judging decisions. At times I've found myself in a state of apathy.

    This though. . .

. . . can be a contributing factor if you don't know how to contextualise it and filter out the negativity.

Look at the bright side. It can't get much worse than this year. HBO was working with almost nothing for most of the year (no GB and no Haymon fighters) and Showtime was basically a showcase network for Haymon. Espinoza was his puppet and together they made probably the most awful fights that could be made with such talent. This year was absolute garbage.

Why are you defending a promoter? A bad one at that

I'm not defending him you ****ing f*ggot, just pointing out what a sheer f*ggot you are for omitting Haymon from criticism. Arum has been involved in making much tougher matchups than Haymon will ever make.

            Keep Flomming *****.

Haymon is the biggest joke in boxing. Look at the number of fighters he's attracting. They all want easy fights and huge paydays. It's probably fine building up fighters out of scraps, but when you see them fighting scraps consistently, it's becoming a joke and an insult. They lose one major fight, they're back fighting scraps instead of the other Haymon loser.

                  ^^^this completely
If you stay on this forum for to long with all this negative information that is flowing through your mind then makes boxing become very insignificant. Like everything in life, boxing enthusiasm is best in small doses. If you sit here nightly like I have before it makes boxing seem stagnant. Take a break. Come back to the site in a month and everything will seem different and much more interesting

I missed this entire year except for the real fights. I watch the Floyd fights he fights very big, strong, young guys despite what people say. I just like seeing him test his skills against these variaties of styles, and no all of them are not plodders. Some of them are flatfooted boxers like Nelo, Ghost is awkward as hell, southpaw swarmer, Ortiz southpaw brawler, Marcos slugger.

I watch the Pac fights but not pay for them. He aint been stepping up in a while.

I watch the Hopkins fight that was a real fight.

I didnt see Algeri fight against Prov, I didnt see any of the hbo and showtime fights except for fights like crawford and gamboa.

Aint really been no good fights so I have been losing intrest as well. I remember watching every weekend.

Last yr or yr before, every weekend you had peterson fighting, or garcia, or lucas. Like every week it was big names fighting and stacked undercards. Remember before Broner got washed, he was in the mix. Every weekend you had maybe a broner fighting someone and putting on a show. Boxing has completely changed in one yr.

They need to go get Peterson, Ghost, Danny, Broner just throw them in a pot and let em tango. Thats what they used to do two yrs ago. Everyone used to fight eachother. Danny made it this far by luck, I dont know why they want to protect him now and try to build him up.

If he is supposed to lose today or tomorrow, then let it be. Shiat losing wont break whatever star power he has. Just throw him in their with Broner already. They can make that fight tomorrow and it will be big af.
