Why is Rigo so overhyped on here?

Rigo is a great talent, and was a great amateur, but who has he beat other than Donaire.

People get way too emotional about this dude, he doesn't want to move up to featherweight where the money fights are, yet acts like an entitled diva who wants big paydays.

His best win is Donaire, who is probably the most hated fighter on here for some strange reason, and most people say Donaire is a hypejob anyways so who has he beaten?

I'm expecting a lot of butthurt in this thread.

Nobody wants to fight him, he'll beat whoever you put in front of him. This 'who has he beat?' argument is so ******. He can't beat fighters if they're not willing to fight him.

Nobody at 122 touches him, at 126 only Loma stands a chance.

What makes you think people will fight him if he moves up? If he was offered a good fight at 126, I'm sure he'd take it. No point in moving up to face the same level of competition, it makes more sense to stay at a more comfortable weight unless you're moving up for a big fight.

Rigo has skills to me he is a better defensive boxer than Floyd. but he is really truly overrated in terms of greatness he is inactive and doesn't have a resume worthy of even being in the top 150 of all time its very skimpy, he only beat Donaire and never gets requested to fight tougher guys willing to fight him. Rigo is not being ducked, the reason he can't get fights is because his incompetent promoter Caribe and his manager hyde make things difficult to land fights they even fight amongst each other.

Now Rigo is fighting another cherry pick is this another no name Thai fighter he is fighting?

He's good but he's definitely beatable. He can be hurt and that Jamaican kid with the cannon jab would knock him through the ropes. I think he's too small for 126, the guy looks like he's 15

He is the best fighter on the planet. You can't over rate the best.

Skills, accuracy, footwork, power, speed, defensive wizard...He has it all. What he did to Donaire is why he can't get big fights, he will do the same to anyone.

Skill wise Mayweather is/was great, Rigo is even better.

He's not the best on the planet, not even close.

He hasn't beaten a variety of styles and solid opponents, other than Donaire his resume is very thin.

You can't beat those who won't fight you.

They all stay away from Rigondeaux for a reason, he will do to the rest what he did to Donaire.
