There was talks that Floyd offered Bob Arum 10Mill to stepped out of negotiations. I think that Pacquiao fans really would like to think Floyd is scared of Pacquiao because it gives them some kind of empowerment but that ain't the case. Looks like the fight will get made and then we can finally put this debate to rest.
