Are his neighbors serious? Having the biggest celebrity in the country living in your neighborhood rises your property value greatly.

And as long as those people are messing with your house or throwing trash everywhere its none of your business who he has over. Its not like he has a bunch of gold diggers around smoking weed. Pac is a stand up citizen.

I think you are confusing a TRO with a free pass. He is knee deep in debt with the BIR but he was granted a TRO for now. He might not have to pay them immediately(now) but once his TRO expires the BIR is back head hunting for their billion plus pesos.

Loads of paupers walking around, making noise and eyeing up your expensive items has the opposite effect.

True but many wealthy Filipinos are pretentious as hell. Like all subdivisions here I'm sure security won't allow the beggars to walk in freely, so I seriously doubt the people his neighbors are complaining about are your typical Juan Dela Cruz you would see walking around in the slums of Quezon City. This is bothersome to say the least, but Pacquiao is a noble man for taking such action.

I believe he didn't acknowledge the BIR for so long because he believed he was only dealing with the IRS. That's my guess lol, I'm not sure. The BIR even stated that Manny's revenue from his Macau fights are still taxable. In other words, no matter where he fights the Philippine government want a share of the pie... Disgusting.

Nice try Pac but it might be those tax issues the reason why your selling, but know worries your fans will eat this up to.
