I thought the story was that after boxing and wanting to return to acting he went in to have facial damage repaired and got a bad surgeon that messed up and turned him into his current hideous form. I don't think he intended to look like that.

Well it's obvious from what I wrote that I was under the impression it was purely based on looks. First time I'm hearing this , sounds like lies to be honest.

no way should a 60+ year old be in a boxing match. i will pray for him.

i think it should be fair for mickey rourke to take a bunch of PEDs for this fight in order to at least stand a chance.
