Has Fury ever beaten a legend of the sport in a World title fight like Schultz has? No he hasn't. Stuck to boxrec fella.Comment

Are you talking about the Foreman fight?
You are clutching at straws. I don't need boxrec mate, I followed those fights as they happened, unlike you.Comment

Really?

Ustinov got knocked out by a jab ffs. he's the definition of a big stiff idiotComment

Furry was dropped by a light hitting cruiserweight.I'm not the one to ask. He was more than willing to step in the ring with mandatory big guys like Thompson (twice), Wach and Pianeta... but he didn't seem to want to even acknowledge Pulev's existence until this year.
I genuinely think if Fury looks impressive, Wladimir won't give him the light of day. He'll fight the much smaller Jennings instead, who I don't think is anything special whatsoever.Comment

fury is actually pretty loose and mobile for a big guy. I dont think hes stiff at all. thats not to say I think hes that good. I think hes a descent fighter that should get by chisora but get iced by guys like wlad or even povetkinComment

He may get sparked like Ray Austin, but come on he is clearly better than him. Just beating Chisora and Kevin Johnson proves that.Klitschko will obviously not take any of his future foes likely but there is no doubt about it that when on paper looking at past Wlad opponents just prior to the fights at least 20 maybe 30 of them offered far more problems than the two young upstarts Fury and Jennings.
Nobody can keep a straight face and tell me these fights below were not far tougher opposition for klitschkko.
Povetkin
Byrd
Byrd 2
Pulev
Tompson
Thompson 2
Haye
Peter
Ibragimov
Sanders
Peter 2
Chagaev
Brewster
Shultz
McCline
Mercer
Realistically Fury might be at the level of Ray Austin at his absolute best. Could he surpass that level in the future? Maybe.Comment
