Great match up at 147 and is a ppv worthy, now if Al Haymon and Arum can forgive and forget and make this happen.
Why not Pacquiao Vs Thurman?

Why won't he fight Thurman?
1. Haymon
2. Nothing to gain for him or Bob
3. Presumably low PPV #'s.
Let Thurman build his rep like Crawford is doing and maybe in 2016.Comment

Thurman KO's Pacs last opponent, he has proven power at 154. Thurman also can box better than Pacs last opponant. Algeri was a nobody. Maidana, Matthysse and Thurman both beat Algeri & Ruslan. And a good fights for Pac at 147/140. Dismiss these fights in fear!!!Comment

Seems like an interesting matchup style-wise, Thurman could be Pac's toughest fight yet, but there are simply too many unknowns. Keith has looked impressive in most of his fights but let's be real, he hasn't fought anyone anywhere near the level Pac is on.
Experience will be a HUGE factor and at this stage I'd say Keith get's schooled. I really like Thurman though, and would like to see him develop more as a fighter and test himself against tougher competition before biting off more than he can handle.Comment

isnt garcia promoted by GBP tho? Haymon is just his manager and if GBP realllyyy want to, they can make Garcia fight who they want.Pacquiao likes to challenge himself, he did fight undefeated Tim Bradley and Undefeated Algeri.
Pacquiao Vs Thurman would be a good fight, against a young undefeated title contendor.
Stylistically it sounds better than Pac Vs Garcia, although Garcia is lineal, dude would be by far the slowest opponent Pac has faced next to Rios.
And we can't say it can't happen because he's a Haymon fighter, because Garcia is also a Haymon fighter.
Thurman tho isn't even a titlist, why should Manny fight him?Comment
