‘The Swedish Princess’ Klara Svensson (14-0, 5 KOs) defends her interim WBC Female World Light Welterweight title against Lucia Morelli (18-4, 8 KOs) on Saturday night at the Falconer Hall at the Radisson Blu in Copenhagen. Today, both fighters met with the press at a media workout in Svensson’s hometown, Malmo.
“You can tell by looking at Lucia that she has come to win,’’ said Svensson. ‘’She knows that I own an important belt, but I’m not going to let her get her hands on it. I feel that I’m the better boxer and I will be the toughest fighter she has ever faced.
