We're at an interesting point. The momentum for the fight is at the highest point it's been for years, and I truly believe Arum wants the fight now (he and Freddie know that Mayweather has slipped).

I think Floyd knows he has slipped too. So does he take the fight - with such huge stakes, and the incredible possible embarassment of losing to Pacquiao of all people, and get that final huge payday while knowing he's decline - or does he say....**** it. I'm going to do what I want and no-one is going to tell me what to do and who to fight.

History and a simple understanding of Mayweather's psychology tells us what the answer is very likely going to be.

But at some point, even he has to say enough is enough and get closure on this saga and make the fight. I don't think people will accept him saying no and going on to fight Khan/Alexander. Honestly, I am not even sure they will accept Cotto 2.

        Floyd using Broner logic here.

Broner: When I lost, it was like Floyd lost.

Floyd: When Marquez won, it was like Floyd Mayweather won.

        Flomos be like

Both Floyd and Manny have slipped. But now, it's clear to me that team Pacquiao aren't as big headed as they once were when it comes to wanting things their way as they did in the past. Arum will probably want a bigger split than 35%, but he knows he has no right to make a 50/50 demand anymore or even a 55/45 demand anymore. It's really up to Floyd now. If he wants it, it will happen.

The Pac-Floyd fight is actually happening right now. It can be seen in forums, instagram, facebook, and other sites.

But the actual right fight, never gonna happen.

                I'm saying.

Right now, there are no excuses. No testing drama, Pac has been voluntarily doing OST testing in his recent fights. Pac is willing to take the lower share (not a ridiculous flat fee). Word is offers are out worth $180 million, with Floyd getting $100 mil. The networks are on the same page with the head of CBS (showtime's parent company) taking a larger hand in things. There are offers for venue from the likes of Jerry Jones (80K capacity arena he says can go up to 100K).

Only thing holding up the show now is Floyd and his litany of excuses. Seems he's riding with Pacquiao's loss to Marquez being the reason du jour. Funny that Pac has a record of 2-1-1 against Marquez... But Floyd had no issue getting beat up and then rematching a guy who had Khan, Alexander, and Kotelnik problems this year.

                Makes perfect sense.

Mayweather posting this implies that Pac isn't worthy of being an opponent and he's not interested in making the fight... but who does May end up fighting when he doesn't fight Pac... Triple G? Cotto at Middleweight? No, he ends up fighting the Ghost, Victor Ortiz, Maidana, and an overhyped, stamina-troubled Canelo...
And yet pac walked away.when Floyd wanted to be king he took it from Oscar, agreed to all of his demands. Sorry pac ain't the A side never was

Im gonna wait and see who Floyd picks I promise it won't be the weak caliber of someone like algeri. Not to say algeri is weak but Pac being a all time great you don't make that fight. Pac fans should truly be embarrassed

Pac destroyed everyone worse than Money.. and not to mentioned that before pac got ko'd he should of had 3 wins over my boy Marquez if it wasn't for a scoring error.. also I have to admit that marquez was well on his way out before a nice, clean counter punch..

but yeah.. since he beat Marquez 12-0.. it's kind of like he beat Manny by KO..
Marquez has an argument for winning all 3 of the first fights. Don't call me biased and then say Pacquiao should have gotten all 3 decisions vs. Marquez. Look in the mirror.
