Either the fight is going to happen or is isn't. The time seems good, there seems to be talks going on high up but I can understand being skeptical that something will go down.


It is boxing though and strange stuff that you don't think will happens often does. So who knows there could be a nice holiday surprise for boxing fans.

The downside to all this is the fight happening and the fight not happening look very similar until the end. So we will see what happens

Actually its really just people wanting Floyd to fight Manny. That's the #1 event that everyone wants, not so much to see Floyd fight.

Can you imagine if Floyd came out of retirement and Manny's name was not there for Floyd to attach it to. Floyd lacked heart even before retirement in 07, and he still lacks it. This Manny situation/debacle is not Floyd's only example of not making fights people want to see.

Arum was said to have met with people even before the Maidana fight. Floyd said nothing is happening and that they both have other priorities (ie. excuses from Floyd).

So again, we hear Arum and others wanting to discuss but no Floyd. From Floyd, just talk about Manny vs Marquez. The last time Floyd did that was to say that Manny still has Marquez problems ...... so no fight.

You're speculating 200-250 mil. If it makes that much, Pacquiao gets much more than 40m. But remember, he doesn't care about money. So why do you? Stop making excuses. Btw Floyd has options. Who is Manny going to make anything with?

Both Pac and Floyd are at fault for the fight not happening, but for the most part, it's been Floyd's fault.

I guess I might be reluctant to see what's really going on if I was a diehard Mayweather fanboy, who knows.

He has also turned down 60/40 in the past. So if tomorrow Pacquiao turned down 60/40 with USADA testing and a 20 ft ring, would that mean he is ducking to you?
