There have been a number of similar incidents in the past whenever Pac fights. The streets are deserted, almost non-existent vehicles in the streets and almost zero crime rate in the Philippines

Also the fight is shown for free, but a super delayed telecast with gazillions of commercial in between rounds. You can also order PPV to your cable provider if you do not want to be the last person to know the result of the fight.
