This is the Al Haymon way! I (Al Haymon) will put fighters with a big name on the same card against TBA's(BUMS) & call it a stack fight card and the public(****** FANS) will watch and boost my TV ratings! What's the problem with putting quality guys against other quality guys? Hmmm... maybe they lose? Let's see, Broner steps up in competition against Maidana! Broner gets dominated! Russell Jr. steps up in competition against Lomachenko! Also gets dominated! Maybe these so call big name fighters signed to Al Haymon are really not quality at all. Now I'm starting to understand the Al Haymon way!!!Comment

Charlo for Charlo on the main card.
So it looks like:
Showtime
Khan-Alexander
Thurman
Mares
Charlo #1
Showtime Extreme
Ortiz
Charlo #2
Spence

This card is your typical Al Haymon fight card! More name throwing than competitive fights! Al Haymon fighters thank him before they thank GOD after fights! Quillin gave up his championship belt for Haymon! I though the goal was to become world champ! These guys turn down the biggest paydays for Al Haymon! WOW!Comment

Kind of odd to have 7 televised fights in one night, even if it's on 2 different SHO channels. Couldn't they have spaced this out with a couple different cards? Could've been better if they matched Ortiz vs Thurman and given Abner a decent opponent.Comment
