PAC will naturally be placed higher career/legacy wise over Floyd because he(Pac) never ducked fighters, Floyd went into retirement every year a fighter posed a threat to defeating him while in their primes (Cotto, Margarito , Shane, etc.). Floyd would only fight them after they got older and lost. Pac by far is more legendary, not girly, that's Floyd.
