I doubt Wlad is clean and there's 100% no way in hell Joshua is, he looks like Ronnie Coleman in some photos.

However if you make allegations you have to have some way of proving it and most testing is so easy to beat.

Random year round testing is employed by the British Boxing Board of Control. Joshua is subject to it like every other licence holder.

I don't believe such a system exists in Germany and it certainly does not exist in the United States where there is the most rampant drug use.

"I haven't been randomly tested since I turned pro," Price told BBC Sport.
"Not once in three-and-a-half years. I have had urine tests before title fights, but I'd like to see more random blood testing.

I might be crazy but it seems like Pulev and Klitschko never really liked each other much and it's getting kinda worse.

Whether you think it's "crap" or not, it still exists - you appeared to claim it didn't. Fighters are subject to be randomly tested all the time.

It's not all encompassing but it's far better than the systems they have in place in other countries.

Even though I don't like the Klitschkos all that much, I am pro-PEDs so I really don't mind. People need to get over it. Most athletes, not just in boxing, are on PEDs. It's just part of sports, and it makes for better/more entertaining matches.
