If HBO are putting up $3 million, get the Fury-Chisora winner (probably Fury), I guarantee US fans would even prefer that.
Peter Fury said Tyson wont be fighting in America if he can't get a visa, which he likely can't. Which he also wasn't able to get for the Cunningham fight. Not sure if Chisora would get one either with his criminal past.

How many in the top 10 do you think he'd beat?
im not exactly excited over jennings either but its a hell of alot better than another mormeck or pianatta. I guess hed have to wait too long for the fury/chisora and wilder/stiverne winners. if he tries to get fights with those guys next I'll accept the jennings fight. jennings has some talent but his lack of power and explosiveness will play right into wlads hands

yea,,,I would think wlad would prefer the fury/chisora winner but would they be ready in time? im thinking wlad is taking a stay busy fight with jennings and then going after that fight and the wbc. at least I hope thats the plan

Oh I 100% agree which I also explained earlier in this thread. At least he'd make a voluntary against a top 10 contender (or thereabouts) for the first time in half a decade.

But it's nothing more than a routine defence for Wlad in order to get the big one.

Wlad won't have to fight Chisora/Fury before the summer, so he won't, and also it makes more sense to have that fight in a big outdoor stadium as opposed to having it inhouse in March - especially if it's Fury.

Jennings would be better suited for a March fight.

yea,,,im really pulling for fury to win. I know fury is vulnerable as hell to the right hand but that fight intrigues me. at least fury is huge and will try like hell to make a fight of it

Wlad-Fury is the fight I want to see right now.

But I hope he's fighting Wilder if he wins too. Fury-Wilder would be huge also and would determine the true no 1 contender.

yea,,,,those fights really need to happen. if stiverne wins dk will make sure a fight with wlad doesnt happen imo. I think wilder is a more dangerous exciting match for wlad anyway stylistically. stiverne is too short and lazy. he wouldnt be able to get close enough to do damge,,,that would be a one sided slaughter imo. wilder would probably get starched too but he has the speed and power to make it fun to watch. go fury and wilder!

I think the promoters here want to setup a mega fight with Fury and Klitschko in the U.K., but March or April is too soon. Wlad will fight in April against Jennings and then he can either face the winner of Fury/Chisora or Stiverne/Wilder

Also, Wlad need not be the WBC mandatory (in fact the sanctioning bodies never rank other belt holders); the head of the WBC has already stated that he would be open to a unification bout.

I bet Shannon Briggs works his way into the equation lol.

We might see Wladimir fight three times in 2015.
