All this Pacquiao power talk is uneducated BS!
Pacquiao never had FRIGHTENING power past 130lbs. Heck, even at 130lbs his power was beating up his opponents into submission.
Yeah, so he KO'd Hatton pretty good with a perfect shot and Hatton has been rocked by many fighters so it's not like his chin was iron.
Minus the Hatton KO, he's gotten some knockdowns against fighters when he went over 140lbs, but no true KOs.
It's overrated talk and it's annoying to hear it. What should be commended rather is that despite his DECREASE in power, he still can manage to get the W against his exceptionally larger opponents he's been facing.
I think Pac has always had enough power to keep fighters respectful of him, but he hasn't had TRUE 1 punch KO power ever since about 122lbs. He's just very heavy handed and fighters feel that a long with punches they don't know where they are coming from which cause more damage and effect since you can't predict them.
If Pacquiao does ever move down to 140lbs or can manage 135lbs, I think yes, his power would be greater because of his heavy hands and speed, but Pac is a volume puncher with heavy hands, and that does most of damage accumulative.
Some how, just about every one forgets this and assume Pacquiao has 1 punch KO steroid up the a$$, godzilla powa. Wrong, wrong, wrong. You've all been wrong, lol.
