This would be an entertaining fight because of how mediocre both of them are. I could see both of them winning.

I win. I get to see an obnoxious ******* duke it out with a featherfisted, boring ass fighter. If it happens I see Broner walking Vargas down and stopping him in the mid to late rounds.

Vargas doesn't have the firepower to keep Broner honest and we all know Adrien has a strong chin. Broner will take everything Vargas has while shaking his head and doing his best "Mayweather" impersonation. Eventually he will catch Vargas with something significant and jump on him with thunderous shots while making "pow pow huh uh pow" sounds with his mouth.
