There aren't "officially" ranked as highly as Bellew but i would pick Arslan, Makubu, Usyk, Kalenga, Masternak?, Durodola, Kurdyashov if they fight Bellew. They should keep him against domestic names like Mckenzie and Simmons because it won't be easier than at light heavyweight.
