FIRST - floyd will never allow manny his gloves. THAT i can guarantee, if they do agree though expect heavy resistance from floyd to get manny to use the sparring gloves

SECOND - floyd will be pissing and moaning about location, he will kill a child to go against arum / hbo / cbs, this is an easy roadblock to make really and an excuse to reject an offer

THIRD - a more dumb offer.. like 40 million 30 percent PPV or something.., no way is 30 percent fair considering both fighters contribute significantly PPV upside, this should be 50/50 or 50/40 END OF

If Pacquaio couldn't KO a journeyman that he knocked down six times, he damn sure won't be able to hurt Mayweather. Only a complete idiot would look at what Pac did against Algieri and actually believe that Pacquaio would even be competitive against Mayweather.

if mayweather can't outbox maidana who's been outboxed by lesser fighters before, then sure as hell he wont outbox manny

so the criteria now is pacquiao has to be superman to knock everyone out cold despide dropping algieri 6 times (including a knockdown with a 13 second count n rd 9 LOL) and that somehow makes me less likely to hurt mayweather LOOOL

think about what algieri is doing in this fight... he was running/dodging and surviving. manny was supposed to look bad here but yet he gave the runner a boxing lesson
