I don't see how random blood tests are hurdles, and even Roach admitted they ****ed up the first round of negotiations. Then the second round was killed by Arum (see the ESPN article posted by Megadeth). Now we are here!

Thats why manny turned down the last fight,
thats why manny turned down the first negotiations over PED testing cause he's afraid of needles, that turned out to be a lie. Arum is sitting by a rotary phone as opposed to calling people to make the fight. someone needs to call him in order for the fight to get made, but clearly floyd doesnt want the fight.
youre probably the biggest pac roid on here

          • I don't care about Floyd and Arum's past excuses... let's talk about right now... whomever puts up the road blocks now is the one responsible for why the fight didn't happen... bottom line...

That was a solid offer. A good start, at least. Worst case scenario, they get $40m. And that worst case scenario is a worst case scenario for Mayweather too, because if Pacquiao's only getting $40m that means the fight didn't do so well. 35% of the upside? If this turns out to be true, there will be no coming back from that. And yes, you can be on the lookout for Pacquiao-Vargas and Pacquiao-Crawford coming to a PPV flop near you.

              • Arum is sitting by a phone as opposed to calling someone, as opposed to getting off his ass and meeting people to make the fight, HE'S SITTING AND WAITING BY A PHONE, Ever heard of a cellular phone?

60/40 is as low as it should go.
