Any news on Sergio Martinez??

I just recently read that Martinez's knees weren't too good. He wants to fight, but if he needs surgery again he'll retire for sure.

That's the last I heard, too.

Last I heard he was seeing a psychologist to get over the loss. Was also waiting for the medical results to make a final decision... which at the time he was going to get within a week, and it has been months now. I think his pride is still too big regardless of the results.

He isn't medically cleared to spar, hasn't been in two years and we know why; his knees are totally gone. He shouldn't be allowed to fight against.

They really shouldn't allow him to fight. Thank God he wasn't fighting someone like GGG it would have turned out much worse.
