  • British stoppage or not you can cross Degale's name out of Calum Smith's next opponents list.

    • Are things just don't differently across the pond? I mean we haven't seen a kd all night and as soon as someone hits the deck ... It's over?

          • Degale has turned the corner. He's had good vision, nice timing and now he is throwing harder.

                • degale is definitely hitting harder than he was some 18 months ago but that stoppage is a bit weird.

In many ways, the BBBoC is one of the best, if not THE BEST boxing board out there, in terms of how they look after fighters, ring side safety, handling the various domestic titles, their involvement in the promotion of the sport has vastly improved too, so much other nations could learn but the refereeing...it can't be defended over the last 2 years or so.

I didn't see the weigh in but as soon as I saw Periban walk to the ring, I was like what the hell man, this dude looks like a last minute replacement. Figured DeGale would pick him to pieces fairly easily. DeGale would beat Froch up pretty good too.

                    • Froch is my man at 168, but flat out refusing Degale because he wants a Vegas payday is ridic. . . He could have an even bigger build up than Groves if he took Degale in Spring/Summer 2015
