Arum has worked with other promoters NUMEROUS times and the Haymon crew just points a finger and say "It's that guy" all the while they are the ones doing exactly what they are blaming on others.
When did he say he refuses to work with anyone? Come to think of it, Haymon has worked with everyone.

Pac-Garcia, May-Garcia, Garcia-Matthysse 2, Garcia-Bradley, Garcia-Postol are all fights I'd be interested in. Garcia has found himself in a really good position. An undefeated, very well credentialed champion who is being perceived as vulnerable, this puts him in position to get some more good wins.

He's been in boxing for over two decades. He's worked with every promoter out there multiple times. And I've never heard him say he refuses to work with anyone, have you? I have heard other promoters say that about him though.

Duva herself said Haymon is there to stop fights, not to make fights. And I'm just looking for an example of Haymon working with others. Doing it when you have 3 fighters in your stable is mandatory, not an option. Now, a lot of fights haven't been made because of him. Quillon/Korobav for example and he is ducking Jay-Z as badly as Floyd is Manny, it's pretty obvious.

Let's not try to deflect. He's worked with every promoter out there multiple times. You've never heard him say he won't work with any promoter. Thus, you can't say he refuses to work with anyone.

Haymon has to work with other promoters, small time they may be. Otherwise, he would have no Salsas to feed his fighters. You have to give credit to the man for being able to build fighters out of scraps. He's an overall joke in boxing.
