Roach hasn't been this yappy since the come-back.

Pac's camp during Bradley wasn't that great in his eyes... now that Pac is at 140-ish, he's looking nasty.

    Pac by stoppage mid rounds!!

Normally I agree with these report cards, but I think Manny is more of A speed, B+ power, A- defense because he can block well, doesn't get dropped as often, and A- intangible.

He should have a solid "B" for power at WW. That's not even debatable when you've only stopped 3 guys in 12 fights at 135 and above (well, 4, but Oscar quit on his stool and was not close to being stopped or KO'd by Pac's power). Cotto could easiily have finished the last 2 minutes of that fight as well... He's had one legitimate KO in 12 fights, and that was a doozy of a KO against Hatton...

But we'll say 3 KO/TKO's in 12 fights, for a KO percentage of 25%... LOL... Slightly superior to Malignaggi's KO rate. Haha yeah, it blows Rod Salka's KO percentage out of the water, doe!

        SMH... A for power...
His power is much more than B. He's been fighting sturdy chinned, bigger men and yet still scored a one-punch hard knockdown of Mosley (who, even faded, retains a great chin), broke Margarito's face, and wobbled several. Even world class punchers stop less guys at the elite level. He's still an A puncher IMO.

Intangibles Pac A and Algieri B+??? What tangibles does this untested fighter with no power and one loss on his record have that makes him a B+??

        Dumb dumb dumb
I think Floyd might be a hair faster at this point, in part as the better preserved of the two. Hard to say without seeing them together. As to intangibles, Algieri beat Taylor as an underdog and got off the floor to show massive balls and fight on even terms with Provodnikov earlier this year. His intangibles are fine. They'd be higher if he was more proven. What we have so far is a solid B+. It's the other areas where he app[ears lacking that are more the concern.

If Prov won over Algieri we would've complained how Prov would have been a tailor made foe for Pac. Now you have Chris with the exact opposite style and people still complain. You girls really don't know what you want. The truth is, Pac even past his prime, is still leagues better than his peers. Unless Floyd steps up to the plate everyone will be a fcking mismatch.

You gotta consider that none of those opponents have ever been stopped before, renowned for their chins.

Margarito had been stopped by Mosley but that was a bad night overall for Tony.

Besides Mosleys stoppage of Margarito, who else has KOd, Mosley, Marquez, or Rios?

They wanted Pac to face an undefeated, prime African american champion. So he fights Bradley, and they cry.

I going to give this one to Pacquiao, By late KO.

I think Algieri won a very close decision over Provodnikov 114-113. I gave Algieri 4 out of the last 6 rounds I had round 10 even and 12 going to Provodnikov. He used his jab to keep Prov away and set up for other shots, when he was in the center of the ring he dominated when he went to the rops he got nailed by wide shots and most of the hit Algieri's gloves.

He should have pinned him in the corner or stayed more inside and just keep throwing. In his post fight interview Prov, stated he didnt feel any of Algieri's shots they were just tapping him. If that was the case he shouldnt have stopped moving inside and cutting off the ring all the while throwing, take some to give some, especially after he showed he could knock him down with them in the first round.

What Pac has to his advantage is his experience. He equals both Provodnik and Algieri combined. If he has can bring back the ferocity that he once had even as at 128 lbs he has this. Overall this is Pac's biggest weapon, yeah he has power, he has a good chin, and he's always in great shape but he needs to stay aggressive stay inside and just keep throwing, head body, body head and he can stop him in the mid to late rounds.

If we see a Pacquiao from 4 to 5 fights back then Algieri can pull off another upset. We saw it in his last fight, he stayed busy, moved 95% of the fight, threw in combinations behind the jab and scored more punches regardless of the power. Other than a handful of really big connecting blows 1 which dropped him in the first it's hard to say just how good his chin is. He showed a lot of heart more than anyone thought he would have and Prov. is a big puncher probably the strongest Algieri has faced so far and took them well. I just dont think he would be able to withstand numerous connecting big blows and stay up from another power puncher, if this happens in the Pac fight he may go down a few times more and probably have it waved off as he will keep trying to get back up.

So all in all to me those are the 2 scenario's. I am going with Pac in this one Mid to Late Stoppage . If it goes to the cards probably another upset.
