Macau, China - Radio Rahim catches WBO welterweight champion Manny Pacquiao taking part in a 30 minute workout ahead of his showdown with undefeated Chris Algieri on Saturday night. The fight, which takes place at a catch-weight of 144-pounds, will go down at the Venetian and the the bout headlines an HBO Pay-Per-View event. Joined by his Hall of Fame trainer Freddie Roach, Pacquiao shows off his speed, rapid combinations and movement. Who knows how many more fights though Pac will show that kind of speed? 1-2? I definitely believe that Manny will be one of those fighters who stays in boxing too long... I think Manny should try to get the Floyd fight and if not take two more fights and then retire... he's practically 36...

It's phucked up how they barely show any training footage of algieri lol. Bad promotion on top rank's part. Or maybe they're keeping that away for a good reason lol.

We posted a 30 minute workout a day ago.

Macau, China - Radio Raheem catches up with undefeated WBO junior welterweight champion Chris Algieri, who put in over 30 minutes of hard work at his media workout. Algieri moved up to a catch-weight of 144-pounds to take on WBO welterweight champion Manny Pacquiao on Saturday night at the Venetian, which is going to be carried as an HBO Pay-Per-View main event. Algieri plans to use timing to counter the advantage in speed of Pacquiao, who is gunning to secure his first knockout victory since he knocked out Miguel Cotto in 2009.

Shows you that his best weight is 140. This is due to him having to make 144. He probably is not eating as much and therefore is lighter. He was eating his way up to 147.
